COMPLIMENTARY WINDOW TREATMENT CONSULTATION
* Window treatment consultation in client’s home
* Rough measurements of windows taken
* Presentation of recommended products in Showroom with applicable pricing
COMPLIMENTARY REUPHOLSTERING CONSULTATION
* Reupholstering consultation in client’s home
* Presentation of recommended fabrics in Showroom with applicable pricing
BASIC DESIGN CONSULTATION - $100
* One hour in client’s home
* Verbal suggestions regarding Colour palette, furniture placement, flooring and furniture recommendations, artwork placement
INTERMEDIATE DESIGN CONSULTATION WITH FLOORPLAN - $500 (ONE ROOM)
* In-depth interview with client to discuss:
* How space will be used (i.e. entertaining, children’s homework, t.v. watching, hobbies, card playing, etc.)
* Seating requirements
* Lighting needs
* Electrical placement
* Existing items to be retained
* Allotted budget
* Scale floor plan with layout of furniture, electrical, plumbing
* Colour palette
* Fabric/finish swatch suggestions
* Presentation in Showroom to client of floorplan and swatches
PREMIUM DESIGN CONSULTATION WITH FLOORPLAN - $1500
(ONE ROOM) WITH “REVEAL DAY”**
* Includes all Intermediate Design Consultation features above plus the following
* Source all items recommended on floor plan (i.e. flooring, furniture, area rugs, artwork, lighting, accessories)*
* Vosburgh’s will store all items they are supplying until “Reveal Day”
* On “Reveal Day” Nancy will co-ordinate delivery, set up and installation of all Vosburgh items
* does not include cost of items
** due to unforeseen circumstances, “Reveal Day” may extend beyond one day
